In some FPGA circuitry created by users, JTAG signals seem to be affected by the noise. If you bring down the ohmic value of 100Ω series resister implemented on TCK line among JTAG signals in Xilinx-made evaluation board or short-circuit, it may make the operation stable in some cases. However, alteration to Xilinx-made evaluation board is to be made at your own cost as a user.

When writing into flash memory, errors seem to occur in some cases using flash monitor program. In such cases, error could be avoided by writing in the mode that does not use flash monitor program.
In CSIDE, from menu bar, select [File][Flash memory map], and you will be presented with [Flash memory] dialog box. By turning OFF [Use monitor] checkbox option, writing can be implemented without using flash monitor program.
